The course starts at Cockermouth School with the first three miles on undulating road. The course then climbs on uneven track through Setmurthy Woods, returning downhill to the school via fields. Registration will open at Cockermouth School at 10am, with the race starting at 11am. The minimum entry age is 15. Car Parking : There is limited parking at Cockermouth school. On the day, if at all possible please car share or walk/cycle to the event if you are local. Alternative parking can be found on nearby roads close by. Please be responsible and do not block anyone’s access. Every finisher receives an Easter Egg! The race will be fully chip timed again in 2024 - Live results will be at www.timingupnorthresults.co.uk **Please choose footwear to suit the terrain and weather conditions on the day. The highest point of the course is exposed to the elements so warmer layers may be required.** The course is not suitable for wheelchairs. Under UKA rules the use of earphones is banned on open roads.
